Nothing but great things to say about this practice.
The reason I give two stars and not one is because my doctor was great but the office staff is inefficient, and lazy to put it nicely. Poor customer service and NO attention to detail !

I've had the same issues with not being able to get in touch with the office, but I think the problem may have been the phone system. As of June 2017, they have a new one, and I haven't had problems since. In person, the staff is very helpful and the nurses and doctors are great.
They see you promptly, explain your condition and treatment plan.
Open late during the week and open in the am on weekends!
Agree with others who say the staff at front desk do NOT answer the phone. Not only that, when you leave a message, you rarely get a call back. I have had to actually drive down there to make an appointment. Also, twice I needed medical papers processed for my son's school, and both times they did NOT process them. Doctors are good but administrative staff stinks to high heaven!
Calls are always returned promptly.
